Job Description

  • He should be a team player with have wide experience with Public orPrivate Sector and administration/management of a technical facility/project in a similar  He will be in charge of management of operations for 1 or several of contract won by a bidder. The operations manager will work closely with the Engineers representative to formulate ways of network monitoring and shall be required to be in the field frequently with company based and or/in collaboration with the client to monitor the network and static weighbridges operations in order to review operations and propose new approaches of addressing axle load control challenges.

  • He will be in charge of installed physical facilities and management ofoperations of the contract. The operations manager will work closely with the Engineer’s Representative to formulate ways of network monitoring and shall be required to be in the field frequently with company based and or/in collaboration with the client to monitor the network around the Weighbridge Stations and operations in order to review operations and propose new approaches of addressing Axle Load Control
  • Ensureimplementation of operational/ activity schedules
  • Develop a Quality Assurance Program of the Weighbridge in liaisonwith the Engineer’s Representative
  • Ensurethat the Contract is managed in line with the Terms of Reference (TOR) and the general conditions of the contract
  • Management and Coordination of the Contractors Staff assigned to theWeigh Stations
  • She/he will be required to have close coordination with the Police andin liaison with the Engineer’s
  • Ensure that the targets and thresholds for weighing compliance areachieved
